Vendor needs to provide digital learning platform. Key elements of the digital instructional platform shall include: Standards Alignment: Must align to Common Core State Standards; Must align to Washington State Learning Standards; Clear documentation of standards alignment at lesson, unit, and course level. Product Requirements: Support high engagement for diverse learners including disabilities and multilingual learners; Student-centered design promoting engagement and persistence; Intuitive navigation for independent and supported learners; Age-appropriate design across grade bands; Accessibility features including leveled text and translation; Comprehensive instructional content aligned to SPS course catalogs. Implementation: Vendor capacity for district-wide implementation; Clear onboarding and rollout plan; Training and professional learning for educators and administrators; Ongoing technical and instructional support; Scalability across ALE programs; Product update cadence and support responsiveness. Flexibilities: Support self-paced learning models with instructional rigor; Support individualized pacing and learning pathways; Flexible scheduling consistent with ALE instructional models. Integration: Automated rostering/integration. Reporting: Enable strong progress monitoring and instructional documentation; Dynamic role-based reporting (student, parent, teacher, leadership, district); Reporting supports instructional use and ALE compliance.
