Utah seeks a digital fundraising platform to support annual giving, donor engagement, and integrated campaign management for a three-year contract.
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital fundraising platform. – Digital fundraising and donor engagement platform to support its annual giving program. – The platform should enable online giving, peer–to–peer and giving day campaigns, and recurring donations, while providing tools for donor communication, engagement, and stewardship. – Provide tools for online giving, giving day campaigns, crowdfunding, and peer–to–peer fundraising; enable mobile and digital wallet donations; support donor communications and stewardship; and offer data analytics and reporting features. – The platform must securely process credit and debit card transactions, as well as ACH (electronic bank transfer) payments. – It must support mobile–optimized giving, campaign management, and donor communication tools. – System facilitates reporting, analytics, and data sharing to support integration with existing systems, including the University’s Ellucian CRM advance. – The platform must be mobile–responsive and provide a seamless user experience across all devices. – A flexible, scalable solution that enhances participation, strengthens donor relationships, and provides actionable insights to support strategic fundraising. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
