(1) Vendor needs to provide digital evidence management system.– Provide design, implementation and support of a digital evidence system.– Solution should securely manage digital evidence, including video, audio, images, documents and other electronic files, throughout its lifecycle submission, storage, access, review, presentation in court, and archival.– Redaction, annotation, and collaboration tools.– Search, indexing, and retrieval functionality.– System must support a wide range of video formats and codecs, providing reliable replay and preview functionality across all supported evidence types.– Chain–of–custody management features.– Integration with existing case management systems, e–filing systems, and courtroom technologies.– Protection of evidence integrity, including chain–of–custody tracking.– Efficient and fair access by judges, clerks, attorneys, and other authorized users.– Solution should include built–in support for periodic access reviews and recertification workflows, leveraging microsoft Entra authentication and entitlement review capabilities.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
