A Texas agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide maintenance, support, and annual licensing for the MetroQuest digital engagement SaaS platform. The selected vendor will supply MetroQuest Annual Licenses that grant access to a cloud-based public engagement platform, which enables the creation of interactive and customizable surveys tailored for transportation planning initiatives.
The scope of work includes performing all necessary installation, initial setup, and configuration tasks to ensure the platform is piloted, tested, and fully functional for agency users. The vendor will be responsible for delivering standard product maintenance and support services included with the license, such as annual updates, patches, and fixes to maintain the functionality and security of the software. Secure cloud hosting, access credentials, and onboarding materials are also required.
Additionally, the vendor must provide comprehensive user and system training, including the development and delivery of a training curriculum and thorough documentation. The contract will have a duration of one year.
