An Alabama agency is seeking qualified partners to support its digital development and engagement infrastructure. The initiative involves a comprehensive website redesign, the creation of new content, technology upgrades, and the formulation of a coordinated digital engagement strategy. The overarching aim is to enhance stakeholder engagement, increase fundraising capabilities, strengthen brand visibility, and support recruitment efforts.
Key components of the project include a full redesign of the agency's primary institutional website, utilizing modern UX/UI standards and branding best practices. This will cover all main pages for departments and colleges, focusing on improved navigation, streamlined information architecture, robust search functionality, and optimized user flow. The project will not alter backend platforms or functions for faculty, staff, or students, such as Banner.
Additional tasks encompass auditing current website content across major divisions, including institutional advancement, academic colleges, and admissions. The selected partner will identify and eliminate redundant or outdated information, perform ROTI (Redundant, Outdated, or Trivial Information) analysis, and ensure thorough quality assurance and testing prior to launch. The scope also includes the development of strategic, high-quality content, deployment of mobile-responsive modules, implementation of functional technology upgrades, and the execution of digital advertising campaigns to support fundraising initiatives.
