The government authority located in Albany, Georgia seeks support services for their digital depot operations. The scope includes providing personnel, management, and technical expertise to facilitate digital integration, data management, and system support that underpin depot maintenance functions.

Support will be required across multiple IT systems, including the Depot Modernization Planning System, Integrated Global UID Enterprise Solution, Maintenance Center Productivity and Labor Management System, Maintenance Center Production Application System, Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Website, and the Agency Power Platform. Specific tasks involve project management, configuration of Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365, manufacturing execution system integration, and maintenance of legacy systems and applications.

Technical services also cover operation technology integration, database and network administration, systems engineering, cybersecurity (including Information System Security Officer and Validator roles), AI support (machine learning, deep learning, and robotics), data warehousing and analytics, as well as cloud migration and architecture. The Maintenance Repair and Overhaul System will be phased out by May 31, 2026.
