The State of Nevada is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a comprehensive strategic master plan for transitioning to a fully digital, 3D model-based contract delivery method. The selected firm will create a blueprint for adopting digital tools and workflows throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, bidding, construction, and maintenance, as well as asset management.

The scope of work includes evaluating current state initiatives such as e-ticketing, GIS databases, and electronic asset management systems. The vendor will identify challenges to implementing digital delivery, both within the organization and with external partners, and will develop a phased implementation roadmap that aligns with the department’s values and priorities. Recommendations should include updates to staffing models and organizational structure to support digital delivery, as well as clearly defining data requirements across all relevant phases.

This engagement is for a one-year contract period.
