(1) Vendor needs to provide curriculum and learning management system.– Solicit digital curriculum and a learning management system from reputable, experienced, and skilled third–party digital curriculum providers.– Provide personalized education to accommodate for the individual needs of each student flexing time, pace, place, and path.– The features, functions, tools, and capabilities of the digital curriculum.– System administration and customer support related to the digital curriculum.– Attachment of any marketing materials or data sheets pertaining to the digital curriculum that you feel are relevant.– The features, functions, tools, and capabilities of the learning management system.– System administration and customer support related to the learning management system.– Teachers must be able to manipulate the digital curriculum to make modifications to meet Utah state requirements.– The learning management system must contain features that help students, parents, teachers, and administrators manage student progress through the curriculum.– The learning management system must, at a minimum, provide a service for tracking the following: student performance and data management; and role–based reporting and communications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026.
