A California agency is seeking a vendor to develop digital training media and videos for law enforcement, public safety, government, military, and both public and private sector professionals. The project encompasses the creation of multi-disciplinary digital media products that address a broad scope of training needs.

Specifically, the vendor will be responsible for developing at least 16 digital media products covering the agency Initiative’s 16 indicators and behaviors, at least 7 products focused on various aspects of the Pathway to Violence, and an additional 16 products related to the agency’s information sharing environment. These deliverables may include short video clips, still images, animated media, and other innovative technologies to effectively engage and educate the intended audiences.

The process will be collaborative, with agency personnel coordinating closely with the selected contractor throughout content preparation and providing final approval before the completion of any media products.
