(1) Vendor needs to provide digital content platform for digital magazines and newspapers for use by public libraries’ authorized users.– Provide a digital content platform offering digital magazine and newspapers content.– Provide a website and application for authorized user access to digital magazines and newspapers.– Provide an intuitive user experience accessible across multiple devices.– Provide technical support for all products purchased as part of this agreement, including initial setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and guidance on usage.– Provide a customer service representative for support in training, marketing, updates, and other support concerns.– Will maintain and host all digital media content– responsible for configuration, license fee, third–party licenses for digital rights management, and the bandwidth of content downloads– Provide an administrator portal for accessing statistical reports reflecting monthly usage, title usage, and other reports as available.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025.
