The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide professional media and advertising services for digital campaigns on an as-needed basis. The scope includes media strategy, media buying, campaign analysis, and the strategic development and execution of promotional campaigns.
Services include researching media trends for targeted audiences, reviewing existing and potential markets or regions, and recommending media strategies across online and non-traditional channels. The selected vendor is also expected to negotiate with media outlets, plan and implement media buys, develop key performance indicators and performance measures, establish tracking methods and benchmarks including Google Analytics, and schedule, optimize, monitor, and report on active campaigns. Additional responsibilities include building online campaigns, including discovery, keyword development, audience and regional targeting, and platform setup.
