The agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive digital campaign planning, creative development, advertising, and marketing services. The selected firm will drive general visitation, promote 2–3 special exhibitions annually, support key events, and enhance out-of-state tourist visitation. The work includes developing marketing campaigns that align creative deliverables with existing brand guidelines, including campaign conceptualization, creative direction, and the production of marketing assets spanning digital, print, outdoor, and video mediums. Branding support for special exhibits, events, and programs is also a requirement.

Ongoing services will include strategic consultation, media buying and optimization across multiple channels, and efforts to strengthen owned digital channels such as social media, email, and the organization's website. The agency also expects the vendor to explore emerging marketing platforms, develop strategic partnerships, and conduct cross-promotions. The scope of work covers weekly account status meetings, quarterly strategic reviews, and annual fiscal planning and reporting.

Additional services outside the core retainer may involve video production, photography, animation, website development, UX/UI design, event planning and onsite support, custom research, influencer marketing, and physical production such as printing and mailing. The contract period is one year.
