These assets will be used to promote civic mission, tourism, historical landmarks, and community engagement initiatives across websites, promotional materials, and public–facing platforms. – Providing short video snippets for promotional and website use. – Delivering 4K or higher video clips, including drone and aerial and ground–level perspectives. – 4K or higher resolution video clips. – High–resolution images (minimum 300 DPI). – Drone and aerial footage and ground–level perspectives (balanced mix). – One–minute snippets suitable for promotional and web use. – Metadata and keynotes for each video identifying location and subject. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 02, 2026.
