The required assets will be utilized across a variety of platforms such as websites, promotional materials, and public-facing channels.

Services include providing high-resolution photographs (minimum 300 DPI) and 4K or higher quality video clips. The videography should consist of both ground-level and aerial/drone perspectives, ensuring a balanced mix to effectively capture the subject matter. Vendors must supply short video snippets, approximately one minute in length, suitable for promotional and web-based use.

Each submitted video must include metadata and keynotes to clearly identify the location and subject.
