An organization in Malaysia is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive support services for a digital asset, tokenomics, and Web3 accelerator program named the Selangor Digital Asset & Tokenomic Xccelerator Programme 2026 (Token–X). The selected vendor will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing the overall program flow, which includes designing content and modules for workshops, pitching clinics, opening ceremonies, semi-final and final pitching sessions, and related events.

The vendor will also provide project management and administration, develop marketing content, manage social media, and handle collateral materials. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding startups and companies, coordinating all digital and print materials, preparing prizes and merchandise, and managing logistics such as emcee services and F&B provisions for events, according to the set budget. The vendor will coordinate invitations for speakers, mentors, judges, as well as venture capitalists and ecosystem players, and will handle honorarium payments as specified. Photography and videography services are also required for key events.

Furthermore, the vendor will actively promote the program under the organization's brand and in partnership with associated stakeholders. Success stories from the accelerator are to be documented and highlighted during appreciation events. Any claim for additional costs, such as printing, must receive prior approval from the organization.
