(1) Vendor needs to provide digital asset, token omics and web3–related support service. - Plan, develop, and execute the program flow including content / modules / workshop / pitching clinic modules, opening ceremony, semi–final pitching session, final demo day pitching session, etc.- Project management & administration collateral, marketing content, social media, etc.- Identify, source, and onboard suitable companies and startups to participate in the programme.- Managing all digital, printing, prizes & souvenirs, and merchandise preparation.- Manage the invitation/appointment, token of honorarium fee for the speaker/mentor/judges as the amount set by Sidec.- Provide F&B for each event as the the amount set by Organization- Provide emcee services for program, Semi Final and Demo Day- Invite VCs and ecosystem players to attend and network with the startups for Semi–Final and Final Demo Day.- Funnel success stories to Organization, which will be showcased and featured during Organization’s appreciation day/event.- Invite and provide list of VCs and ecosystem players to attend and networking with the Startups for Semi Final and Demo Day- Provide photography and videography services for Opening Ceremony and photography service for Semi Final- Program would be promoted and positioned under Organization’s brand name as Selangor Digital Asset & Tokenomic XcceleratorProgramme 2026 (Token–X) and in partnership with respective partners.- Promote the programme as well as related Organization initiatives via respective promotional platforms.- Any claim of additional cost incurred (eg: printing, etc.) need to get approval by Organization.
