Vendor needs to provide digital asset management software– Agency primary goal is to implement a Digital Asset Management software solution system along with Reporting dashboards; Digital Asset Management (DAM) Functionality – The solution must be easy to use with an intuitively designed interface. Additionally, it should support keyboard navigation for image browsing (e.g., arrow key navigation) to ensure compliance with user accessibility standards. The solution must provide an easy-to-use and collaborative workflow which allows for the management and approval of content. The solution must provide the concept of 'portals' or something similar to allow for similar content to be curated and grouped together for use by consumers. The solution must implement version control so that multiple versions of assets can be controlled and managed. The solution must allow for the tagging of digital assets so that they can be easily searched. The solution should provide search and filter functionality, allowing searches based on metadata and various criteria. Within the portals the solution should provide different access levels to users and the ability to permission people at a section level should be possible. The solution should provide asset level reporting such as number of downloads, views, shares, and usage history. All questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026.
