A New York agency is seeking a provider for a cloud-based Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. The platform will be used to securely store, manage, and share high-value digital brand assets such as photos, videos, graphics, and text documents. The solution must enable secure access and collaboration across multiple campus offices, support the agency’s brand consistency, and improve asset discoverability for various departments.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the evaluation and selection of the DAM platform, developing and executing an implementation plan and timeline, migrating data from the current DAM system, providing user training and documentation, and offering post-launch support and maintenance. Key required features include Single Sign-On (SSO), advanced search capabilities, intuitive interface usability, accessibility compliance, mobile access, localization, APIs for integration, detailed user permissions, and custom reporting capabilities.
