(1) Vendor needs to provide digital archives web drawer upgrade and optimize service. • Upgrade and optimize the Wyoming Digital Archives Web Drawer interface to enhance public accessibility, improve search functionality, and ensure long–term, ongoing access to documents. • Website will provide continued access to the documents by leveraging the software's API feature. • This approach will allow a customized search platform without impacting the existing WebDrawer infrastructure. • Improvement of the user interface, with a better aesthetic layout, following modern web design principles that are ADA compliant, as specified in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) • Display and support the export of search results to PDF, CSV, or XML • Updated website should be bot–resistant, for example, by using CAPTCHA or similar technology. • Developers will work with enterprise technology staff to optimize website performance • Developers will provide continued support through the end of the contract and draft user and administrator manuals.
