The State of Wyoming is seeking a vendor to upgrade and optimize the Wyoming Digital Archives Web Drawer. The primary objectives of this project are to enhance the platform's public accessibility, improve its search capabilities, and ensure ongoing, long-term access to archived documents.

Key tasks include updating the Web Drawer interface by leveraging API features to provide a customized search experience while preserving the core infrastructure. The revamped interface should present an improved, modern, and ADA-compliant design aligned with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The platform must support exporting search results in multiple formats such as PDF, CSV, or XML and implement bot-resistant measures such as CAPTCHA to maintain security and reliability.

Collaboration with enterprise technology staff is required to optimize performance, and the selected vendor will offer continued support until contract completion. Comprehensive user and administrator manuals are also expected as deliverables to facilitate ongoing use and management of the upgraded system.
