A service provider is sought to conduct the identification and analysis of digital and AI-powered platforms to support digital skills development and system transformation in the Asia-Pacific region. The primary objective is to identify, analyze, and provide recommendations on innovative and effective digital and AI-powered tools that can be integrated into regional initiatives, particularly in support of the DiSCo initiative.

Key tasks include conducting a comprehensive desk review to map emerging digital and AI-powered platforms, drawing on global practices. The selected vendor will develop an analytical framework to assess these solutions, culminating in a detailed assessment report summarizing findings and mapping the most relevant tools. The analysis will address both enabling conditions and constraints for successful integration and adoption of such technologies across the region.

The assessment will also focus on identifying global good practices and emerging innovations that have improved the accessibility, quality, relevance, or efficiency of training and learning. Additionally, the project requires a review of institutional capacities and governance arrangements needed to support the adoption or scaling of digital and AI-enabled solutions, with a specific focus on four target countries in the Asia-Pacific.
