Vendor needs to provide digital and AI–powered platforms identification and analysis service. – to identify, analyse and make a recommendation on innovative, effective, and relevant digital and AI–powered platforms and tools that can support digital skills development and system transformation in the Asia–Pacific region, with a particular focus on potential integration in the regional AI–powered platform to be developed by the DiSCo initiative. – Conduct desk review to identify and map emerging digital and AI–powered tools, including global practices. – Develop an analytical framework to assess digital and AI–powered solutions – Prepare an assessment report summarising the findings. – Mapping of the most relevant emerging digital and AI–powered innovations and tools. – System–wide enabling conditions and constraints affecting the successful integration of digital and AI–powered solutions. – The assessment will combine an examination of emerging innovations and global good practices in digital and AI–powered solutions with an analysis of institutional capacities and enabling conditions necessary to adopt selected solutions in other contexts. • Identify emerging innovations and global good practices in digital and AI–powered tools that have demonstrated potential to improve the accessibility, quality, relevance, and efficiency of training and learning processes. • Understand the types of digital and AI–powered solutions that have been successfully piloted or implemented in comparable international contexts by education or training institutions, and assess their applicability for addressing skills development challenges in the region. • Identify institutional capacities and governance arrangements needed to support increased adoption, adaptation, or scaling of digital and AI–enabled solutions in the four target countries.
