Minnesota is seeking a vendor to supply a mobile digital anatomy and physiology table system to enhance educational visualization, simulation, and training. The required system must be a complete solution, incorporating both hardware and software, with a primary display of at least 70 inches and an array of comprehensive connectivity ports for ease of use.
The ideal system should feature a robust set of applications enabling virtual dissection, physiology simulation, and pathology analysis. The anatomical models must be based on high-resolution, full-color, serially sectioned photographic images of human cadavers, providing a realistic representation of full-body anatomy; models based solely on artistic or computer-generated renderings are not preferred for primary use. At least five fully segmented, life-size digital bodies should be included, along with a library of real-tissue simulations representing crucial physiological processes, such as the full cardiac cycle, muscular kinesiological actions, ocular motion, and neural pathways.
The solution must be mobile and self-contained, easily transported between classrooms and laboratories, with both horizontal and vertical orientation capabilities for diverse instructional needs. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a new system, performing installation and setup at the Mahnomen, Minnesota location, training faculty and staff, and providing warranties, service agreements, and ongoing technical support.
