The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive suite of digital, advertising, videography, media, and website redesign and maintenance services for an organization in Florida. Required videography services will include filming during partnership organization events, creating event recap videos, producing testimonial and interview-style videos, and developing social media reels.

Ongoing support for social advertising will involve strategic planning of paid social media campaigns, developing ad creative, audience targeting and optimization, campaign monitoring with real-time adjustments, and supplying performance reporting and analytics. These campaigns will span key platforms such as Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok (as applicable).

The contractor will also be responsible for a full website redesign featuring a modern and responsive design that is compatible with all devices. The website must include user-friendly navigation, integration with agency branding guidelines, GIS/mapping functions to display agency boundaries, CMS training for staff, search engine optimization, and analytics integration. Ongoing website maintenance is expected, including regular content updates, security updates and patches, performance monitoring and optimization, monthly analytics reporting, and technical support and troubleshooting.

All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by March 21, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
