The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive digital advertising services. The selected vendor will collaborate closely in the strategic planning, execution, management, and optimization of digital advertising initiatives to drive enrollment growth, increase brand awareness, and support a range of institutional engagement objectives.
Responsibilities will include the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns, encompassing strategic recommendations for digital marketing channels, audience segmentation, ad formats, and budget allocation. Campaigns must be integrated with the agency’s existing Google Analytics, AdWords, and Meta/Facebook accounts for effective tracking. The vendor will develop multi-channel digital marketing strategies that support both seasonal enrollment periods and key events or program initiatives throughout the year, utilizing a diverse mix of tactics such as paid social, SEM, programmatic display, video placement, retargeting, geofencing, connected TV, streaming audio, and emerging technologies.
All proposed activities must align with the institution’s designated geographic service area. The ideal partner will demonstrate a strong understanding of the community college mission, experience with prospective student audiences, and knowledge of the enrollment lifecycle. Expertise in performance-driven marketing strategies and data-informed campaign optimization is essential. Services may include paid search management (keyword research), display and programmatic advertising, paid social media, audience targeting and retargeting, landing page and conversion optimization, campaign performance monitoring, A/B testing, and monthly analytics reporting with actionable optimization recommendations.
