Vendor needs to provide digital advertising, campus sponsorships and athletics multimedia rights management service. • Provide innovative, compliant, and integrated solutions for advertising sales, sponsorship activation, content management, and performance reporting, while supporting the university’s mission and student athlete name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities. • Responsible for comprehensive management and monetization of multimedia assets, including television, radio, digital signage, guest Wi–Fi/5G advertising, hospitality, special events, fan engagement zones, social media outlets, in–venue promotions, publications, and game day programs, ensuring compliance with university policies and industry best practices. • Existing talent booking, entertainment contracting, and event programming agreements. • Pouring rights, beverage category exclusivity, and vending contracts • Sports wagering, gambling, or betting platforms • Media produced for academic, research, or institutional purposes • Educational programming, livestreams, and academic video content • Political campaigns, ballot measures, or issue–based advocacy.
