Vendor needs to provide digital advertising and media buying services. Develop and execute digital marketing and advertising strategies that support key university objectives. Direct media placement – All digital advertising must be placed directly by the vendor with advertising platforms and publishers. Analytics tracking and campaign optimization. Services may include, but not limited to: Social media advertising (Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify); Google Ads; Search and PPC ads; Display advertising; Retargeting; Mobile targeting and geofencing; Geotargeting; IP targeting; Paid search optimization; Audience matching; Programmatic advertising; Connected TV/OTT; Local, regional and national TV and cable; Local and regional radio; Billboards and outdoor advertising; Print and digital publications (including industry and special interest publications); Environmental advertising. All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
