An Oklahoma university is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive digital advertising and media buying services for a one-year period. The selected partner will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and advertising strategies that align with the university's key objectives.
The vendor will manage direct media placement, ensuring all digital advertisements are placed directly with advertising platforms and publishers. Services may encompass a broad range of media channels including social media advertising (Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify), Google Ads, search and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, display advertising, retargeting, mobile targeting, geofencing, geotargeting, IP targeting, paid search optimization, audience matching, programmatic advertising, connected TV/OTT, local, regional, and national TV/cable, radio, billboards, outdoor advertising, print, digital publications, and environmental advertising.
The scope also includes analytics tracking and campaign optimization to maximize return on investment. Interested vendors should note that all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
