The platform should feature in-application tools to block or warn against data entry errors. Real-time analytics capabilities are required through a business intelligence product, with metrics such as average session time, active users, behavior tracking, retroactive analytics, return on investment data, and the ability to view and compare user segments once segmentation is set.
