An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive digital accessibility solution for its websites. The scope encompasses support for both external- and, where specified, internal-facing websites, with capabilities including automated and manual accessibility scanning, scheduled checks, and tools for identifying and remediating compliance issues across various content types such as PDFs and other documents. Additionally, the solution must offer remediation recommendations, best practice guidance, and code snippets to assist in issue resolution, with the ability to scan password-protected website areas.
The selected vendor should provide robust search engine optimization (SEO) and content quality monitoring, including actionable SEO audits. Web governance and quality assurance features are required, such as scheduled scans, section-based reporting, and real-time monitoring of user-defined policies. The solution should include collaboration tools, workflow management for remediation tasks, and seamless integration with Content Management System (CMS) platforms to enable targeted updates.
Reporting capabilities must consist of executive-level dashboards, automated and exportable reports (in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats), and detailed remediation information. Granular reporting for different departments and role-based dashboards for stakeholders including marketing, IT, and accessibility teams are also expected. Vendors demonstrating participation or leadership in accessibility development or working groups are preferred. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by February 2, 2026. The intended contract period is one year.
