(1) Vendor needs to provide digital accessibility compliance and remediation services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.– Provide a comprehensive solution that includes auditing, remediation, testing, and verification to ensure all in–scope digital assets.– Assess, remediate, and verify digital accessibility compliance across public–facing web properties, digital documents, and applications to ensure conformance and ADA Title II compliance.– Ensure all public–facing web properties, including websites, web applications, mobile applications, digital documents, multimedia content, and interactive features.– Scope encompasses all web content and functionality that members of the public use to access programs, services, and activities, regardless of hosting platform or technical architecture.– Success criteria across the four principles of accessibility: perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, ensuring equal access for individuals using assistive technologies including screen readers, alternative input devices, and cognitive accessibility tools.– Includes public–facing applications and electronic documents.– Distribute an approved accessibility compliance requirement letter to all vendors maintaining public–facing software–as–a–service (SaaS) solutions.– Review and evaluate each vendor response for completeness and accuracy.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18,2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
