(1) Vendor needs to provide Dexis Panos imaging systems preventative maintenance inspection (PMI) and corrective maintenance (CM) including software. – Provide verifiable evidence of an authorized and certified Field Service Engineer capable of performing services on the various Dexis Panos Imaging Systems. – Emergency repair CLIN in relation to findings from inspection. (2) All the questions had been submitted no later than December 18, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) This bid is Set-Aside for Total Small Business.
