CASON is seeking a consultant to lead the development of its 2026–2030 strategic plan, serving the Niagara, Ontario region. The selected consultant will design and implement an inclusive, evidence-based planning process that centers the needs of clients, staff, partners, and the wider Niagara community.

This strategic planning process will involve both internal and external scans, including a review of organizational documents, past strategic plans, and performance data. A comprehensive sector analysis at both the regional and provincial levels, an examination of funding landscape trends, and identification of best practices in addiction and community mental health services will be required. The resulting plan should address current sector trends, system changes, and emerging challenges, while strengthening CASON's organizational capacity and sustainability. A clear framework for decision-making, implementation, and evaluation must be established to ensure the plan's success.
