The contractor will review population and employment growth relevant to ACC planning, identify eligible amenities—including recreation, childcare, library, cultural, and community facilities—and evaluate development viability and the impacts of proposed ACC rates. The process also involves stakeholder engagement and assessing the effect of proposed rates on development viability and housing affordability. The contract is expected to span one year.
