(1) Vendor needs to provide detention center renovation service to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.– Convert an existing dormitory housing into a housing unit with eight bedrooms, dayroom, shower, counsellor office and multi–purpose room. Renovation includes demolition, new work, three exterior windows, and finishes.– Upgrade to existing water management system to all plumbing fixtures in the housing units. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
