A government authority in New York is seeking desktop computing consultants to assist with the migration of desktop computers, laptops, and cellular phones from existing management platforms to new Microsoft SCCM and Workspace ONE endpoint management solutions. The consultants must have enterprise mobility experience and will be responsible for production migrations using agency-developed pre- and post-checklists.
Key tasks include assessing end-user systems, documenting nonstandard components and software, preparing new equipment, backing up data and software for restoration to new or re-enrolled devices, and collaborating with both internal IT staff and end users to execute device upgrades and replacements. Following migration, consultants will handle post-migration checklist activities and conduct end-user follow-ups to ensure successful project completion.
The contract period will be for one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 27, 2026.
