(1) Vendor needs to provide designer services to the government authority located in Framingham, MA. – Provide Design Services for tennis and basketball courts. – Utilizing original (existing) design information (drawings) along with information obtained in meetings with City Professional Staff including Parks and Recreation staff, conduct all work/ coordinate/lead/attend meetings, and make any presentations required for the reconstruction and additional site improvements. • Refine and present a final concept plan incorporating the most advantageous aspects of previous alternatives. • Provide analysis and justification for the preferred layout selection. • The Designer should refer to the Project Phases and Workplan below for additional information. • All other work deemed necessary to achieve successful Design Development. • Conduct a field investigation of site utilities potentially affecting court renovation planning and design. • Locate and evaluate existing drainage structures, electrical service and panels, and other visible or known utilities. • Prepare a topographic and existing conditions survey extending a minimum of 30 feet beyond the project limits in all directions. • Identify all structures, courts, access routes, drainage elements, utility features, and flagged wetland boundaries. • Survey deliverables shall include a base plan with one–foot contour intervals and all visible existing features and utilities. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2025.
