A government authority in Kingston, RI is seeking a qualified vendor to provide design services for the reconstruction of Plains Road. The scope of work includes comprehensive design, permitting, construction administration services, and utility coordination to support the full reconstruction process.

The selected firm will be responsible for conducting limited soil exploration, particularly for stormwater systems and underground utilities, as well as assessing the condition of the existing asphalt and roadway base. Additional responsibilities include cost estimating, value engineering, preparation of plans and contract documents, as well as providing bidding and contract administration support throughout the project.

The duration of the contract is set for two years. All vendor inquiries regarding the project must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026.
