(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Brighton, CO. – Provide design services for the core city waterline replacement project design services. – Prepare construction bid documents for waterline design. – Includes survey, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility test holes (expect 20), phasing, and proposed and existing utility profiles. – Provide surveying with topographic design survey. – Evaluate the potential soil and groundwater interaction issues and street cross–section for replacement after trenching. – Include plans and engineer’s opinion of probable cost for construction. – Construction Documents plan set will include a cover sheet, note sheet, demolition plan, plan and profile sheet, erosion and sediment control sheet, signage and striping sheet, and detail sheet. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.
