(1) Vendor needs to provide design services for classroom to the government authority located in Jefferson, CO. – The work includes review and verification of the existing conceptual design documents, schematic design, design development, planning and development submittals and approvals, construction documents, building permit approval, and construction administration of the classroom. – Review and comments on existing conceptual design document – Development of complete design specifications for all design disciplines – Architectural design – Landscaping and irrigation design – Civil engineering sitework and wet utilities – Dry utility coordination and design (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2025.
