(1) Vendor needs to provide design service to the government authority located in Indiana.– These Services are required for the design and renovation of an existing building into a 24–hour.– Facility will be 24–hour access to support staff and guest amenities.– Design interior and exterior spaces that incorporate industry best practices for homeless services, trauma–informed design, low–barrier entry, and efficient service delivery.– Provide necessary documentation and represent the project during reviews or hearings, as needed.– Conduct periodic on–site construction inspections to monitor progress, verify compliance with plans and specifications, and identify any deviations or concerns.
