(1) Vendor needs to provide design professional services to the government authority located in Wilcox, GA.– Provide all design services, including the development of plans and specifications.– Perform programming and provide the complete schematic, design development, and construction documents and will be expected to attend design review meetings.– The successful Design Professional will be expected to contract with the Owner in a timely manner.– This includes relevant experience and qualifications of the principal Design Professional(s) and lead staff, and evidence of relevant competencies for this project.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2026.
