(1) Vendor needs to provide design coordinator services for ensuring seamless integration among all design disciplines, adherence to project requirements, and alignment with branding, project schedule, budget and quality standards; change management services to define the change management activities, responsibilities, and deliverables required to support successful implementation of the upcoming organizational, process, or technology changes to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA.– Review all architectural, engineering, and specialty design deliverables.– Identify and resolve conflicts across disciplines.– Maintain a master design record to track updates.– Facilitate coordination meetings with design teams.– Serve as primary contact for design coordination issues.– Document meeting outcomes and action items.– Conduct design reviews for compliance with codes and project requirements.– Recommend resolutions for constructability or design conflicts.– Track revisions and approvals.– Maintain coordination logs (RFIs, revisions, approvals).– Provide periodic progress reports highlighting coordination status and issues.– Support preparation of final coordinated design deliverables.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
