– Vendor needs to provide design consultant services to the government authority located in Orange, FL. – Requires the services of a professional engineering consultant to provide final design and preparation of construction drawings and specifications. – The services will include final design and preparation of construction drawings and specifications for the proposed. – The project will consist of constructing approximately 2.2 miles of a new four–lane limited access highway with bridges. – Connector interchange ramps to the east will be constructed with the mainline. – The project will also include signalized intersections at connector and interchange ramps. – Elements include surveying, drainage evaluation and design, permitting, lighting, signing and pavement markings, signalization, intelligent transportation systems. – Utility design and coordination, geotechnical analysis, scheduling and project control, progress reporting and other tasks and associated activities.
