(1) Vendor needs to provide design, construction administration and inspection services to the government authority located in Juneau, AK.– Provide all professional design and engineering services to prepare complete, bid–ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule, and architect’s estimate for construction.– Design work shall include professional architectural, mechanical, and electrical design services, as well as cost estimating services.– Preliminary space programming has been performed, and a preliminary budget level cost estimate prepared, but further refinement will be needed to the space program and technical program of requirements before commencement of design activities.– Provide a survey of the existing facility as required for integration of proposed work including a hazardous building materials survey.– Provide a written report of existing facility hazardous materials assessment.– Review and evaluate the existing facility to be renovated. Develop demolition drawings, including hazardous material abatement if required, in conjunction with the design documents.(2) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 12, 2025.
