(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services for office renovations to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – The Respondent will be responsible for providing professional and comprehensive Design/Build Construction Services necessary and incidental for the design and renovation of approximately 1200 SF of office and studio space including administering and supervising the completion, start–up, and commissioning of the Work, always including coordination with the agency. – Establish architectural/engineering requirements: • Visual Site Inspection (assessment) • Programming • Schematic Design • Design Development • Sustainability Design • Construction Documents • Construction Administration (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2025.
