(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services for construct the new parking garage to the government authority located in Winchester, VA. – Contractors to design and construct a new parking garage. – Preparation of design drawing for a new parking garage to be located in the agency neighbourhood design district for review and approval by the city. – Construction of the new parking garage. – Site work immediately adjacent to the new garage. (2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
