(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services for box hangars and restroom to the government authority located in Killeen, TX. – The design and construction of the hangars and restroom, as well as all required site work, including connections to existing water and sanitary sewer lines and completion of necessary electrical infrastructure. – Employing a design–build approach, the city seeks to streamline the project, improve efficiency, and ensure that the work is completed effectively, on schedule, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.
