(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in Texarkana, TX. The facility is envisioned to include: • Meeting rooms and event spaces. • Offices for alumni staff. • Lounge and gathering areas. • Exhibit spaces for university history and memorabilia. • Support spaces such as restrooms, storage, and mechanical rooms. • Assemble and manage the DBT, including licensed architects (A/E), engineers (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and specialty consultants as needed. • Manage all subcontractors, ensure quality control, and adhere to the approved schedule and budget. • Provide warranties, as–built drawings, and operations/maintenance manuals upon completion. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
