(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in California.– Design–build services for the transit signal priority engineering and corridor readiness project along the corridor– Project management–related tasks and meetings, consisting of preparation of invoices, budget oversight, adherence to project scheduling, and general project coordination.– Cloud–based TSP system that can utilize the GTFS–RT data feed from the agency’s Avail Technologies CAD/AVL system– Specifics tasks will include the design, purchase, programming, configuration, and installation of jurisdiction–approved signal controllers, communications between the TSP system and the signal controllers, and any programming or configurations needed for the cloud–based TSP system.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on January 7, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
