Vendor needs to provide design–build project services to the government authority located in Cottonwood, AZ.– Create a public–facing facility that reflects the City’s values of transparency, accessibility, and sustainability.– Deliver a high–quality facility on time and within the City’s established budget.– Integrate modern technology, ADA accessibility, and energy–efficient systems.– Utilize the existing space needs program that includes departmental needs, public areas, meeting spaces, circulation, and support areas.– Develop conceptual and schematic designs in collaboration with the City to establish floor plans, site layouts, and elevations.– Advance design through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD) phases.– Provide complete construction services to renovate, adapt, and finish the facility in accordance with approved design documents.– Coordinate with the city throughout the process.– Space needs program and conceptual plans. All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
