The government authority in Roanoke, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive design-build services for a new hotel and convention center project. The selected vendor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, including construction, equipping, financing, operation, management, and maintenance of the facilities.

The development will feature guestrooms and suites, a range of support facilities such as a restaurant, lounge or bar, food preparation areas, back-of-house spaces, as well as a pre-function area and an approximately 8,000 sq. ft. ballroom. Ancillary public spaces and necessary infrastructure to support meetings and events are also included in the project scope.

The hotel and convention center are intended to host conventions, conferences, weddings, business meetings, and other social events, catering to both hotel guests and the general public.
