The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center is seeking small business contractors to provide both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction services for facility modernization at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey and multiple buildings at Benet Labs in Watervliet, New York. The aim of this contract is to support rapid response modernization efforts necessary to maintain and enhance existing facilities and laboratories, ensuring mission-critical systems remain operational.

This opportunity will be structured as a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. All contract work will be on an as-needed basis, addressing the evolving modernization needs of the DEVCOM Armaments Center. To be eligible for this small business set-aside, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and meet the NAICS code 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 million.
