A government authority in Newnan, Georgia is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive design and engineering services for the remodel and expansion of a fire station. The selected firm will develop design and construction documents, including specifications detailed enough to advance to the construction phase. Upon approval of their initial designs, the design team will begin further development and proceed with the creation of full construction documents.

The scope of work includes preparing schematic designs with site plans, structural plans, floor plans, and elevations, taking into account the 2023 concept plan and avoiding duplicative efforts.
