(1) Vendor needs to provide design and construction service to the government authority located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. – Design and construct an expansion of the tactical training center at the police department. – The project consists of an expansion that will add an additional 13,500+/- square feet of space to the existing building, to include three new large training rooms, exercise gym, storage, and restrooms. – Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience, adequate resources, and the ability to complete the project within the established schedule and budget. (2) Pre-bid conference will be held on January 15, 2026.
